Esschert Salmon flame board

This salmon flame board is made from untreated cedar wood and provided with stainless steel clamps. Secure the salmon to the board with the clamps and attach the holder to the barbecue, fire bowl or fire basket. The holders can be tilted to bring the salmon closer to the flames. When protein comes out of the salmon, the fish is ready to eat, enjoy!
